Capitals Girls, siblings and parents. Had the pleasure to attend, Race for Life yesterday and what a great event it was. Lots of fun had for such a great cause, showing the girls all coming together.

Capital Girls Rugby are recruiting!

We are welcoming girls, from our communities to come along and join us.
We are offering open training sessions, on Cantonian 3G pitches and welcoming girls from school years 6,7,8,9,10,11

We have Wru trained coaches, so you can be assured that no matter your knowledge of the game.
If you’re a new starter, or you wish to get back involved. We have good coaches to support you.
Come along, make new friends and have lots of fun in the process.
