The Christmas jumpers are out, the cosy cravings have arrived and our latest creations are now on the menu.

There is the Beef Yum. Bright and fragrant with slow braised beef, fresh herbs, tomatoes and a hint of Thai chilli and lime. Light enough to feel fresh, warm enough to feel comforting.

For something richer, the Red Curry with Sea Bass is pure comfort. Tender sea bass in a semi dry red curry with green beans, black pepper and Thai basil. A perfect bowl for cold days.

And for anyone with a sweet tooth, the Harvest Cake is autumn in dessert form. Soft stem ginger sponge with pumpkin spice custard. Topped with browned butter frosting and candied walnuts.
