Dear all,
Late Saturday night Wendy Gibbins was taken ill. On the evening of Thursday 7th, she sadly passed away. It is obviously a great shock to all of us. Wendy always went above and beyond in the way she treated every customer and we are overwhelmed by the wonderfully kind messages we have received.
Please bare with us as orders and enquiries may take longer to process than usual.
We thank you for your support and understanding at this very difficult time x

Just to keep you updated, BT has still not reinstated our phonelines and broadband after wrongly cancelling the line although we have paid to be upgraded .This is making it extremely hard to keep in contact with our customers. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Fingers crossed we will be back to normal tomorrow.
