Magic Wrap was founded in 2008 by Ed Jones from a desire to provide people on the go with a healthier alternative to the fast food that was currently on offer, which was traditionally high fat, high carb and high calorie, but lacking sound nutritional value. Ed chooses a delicious Lebanese Khobez bread as the carrier, made with unbleached flour, light, soft and low in salt and without any added fat, artificial colourings or flavourings.
