Here is a glimpse of my last project as part of my MA Arts, Health and Wellbeing course in USW. Focusing on the care staff at , I facilitated a project over the month of February.

The project provided many opportunities for the care staff to engage in the simple and short textile-based activities, as a way to support their wellbeing and the challenges they face throughout their day.

A wonderful student-led session with .i.o and mags on out penultimate uni weekend. It was a lovely time spent together.

As part of my MA Art, health and wellbeing, I completed this project in the summer called Finding the Gold.
Finding the Gold are those small and meaningful moments in your everyday life. The project provided a creative space to support the wellbeing of carers for children with life limiting illnesses.
I was able to do this in Ty Hafan and I am so grateful for the participants and how the practice of slow stitch gave opportunities for reflection, connection and creative expression.
