Creatine and creatinine are two terms often confused, but mean very different things.

💪 Creatine is a naturally occurring substance that helps your muscles produce energy and is commonly used as a sports supplement.

🩺 Creatinine is a waste product produced by the body and removed by the kidneys. Measuring creatinine levels helps healthcare professionals assess kidney function.

One helps power your muscles. The other helps monitor your kidneys.

Knowing the difference could save a lot of confusion in both clinical practice and everyday conversations.
