Recently, we had the opportunity to assist an applicant who was wrongly informed by their local authority that qualifying for a Blue Badge required Personal Independence Payment (PIP). After a week of success stories for Grey Matters Consultancy Cardiff last week, I got off the phone to a lady who had broken down in tears after finding out she'd been awarded the higher rate of Attendance Allowance 📞
