As a team, we're preparing to take on the Welsh Three Peaks challenge on behalf of the amazing charity, Ty Hafan. To get ready for the event, we recently completed a practice walk to test our endurance and build our team spirit.

The Welsh Three Peaks challenge involves climbing the three highest mountains in Wales - Snowdon, Cadair Idris, and Pen y Fan - all in 24 hours! It's a grueling challenge, but we're determined to do it to support the vital work that Ty Hafan does for children and families in need.

Due to continued growth we’re looking to expand our team with the following role.

Project Coordinator

Summary of role:
To support and assist with the day-to-day running of the operational activities within the business. The Project Coordinator will be working closely with the Operations Team to provide end-to-end customer service to the client and provide clerical support to our Customers, Project Managers and Construction Operatives.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

• Process work requests taking responsibility for work planning
• Provide focal point of contact for customers and Construction staff
• Submit requests for streetworks notices and permits ensuring compliance to NRSWA & TMA
• Process material and equipment requests
• Manage key information flows through cycle of GT/IGT & DNO/IDNO processes
• Liaise with 3rd party contractors/suppliers and act as a port of call for any issues
• To carry out any other duties appropriate for a job of this nature
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality
management.
• Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
• Handle queries from managers and employees effectively and provide solutions
