When you fall in love with the process rather than the product, you don’t have to wait to give yourself permission to be happy 🤍
I hate to break it to you but reaching a fitness goal isn’t the end of the journey. You can train and feed your body for months to hit a goal and get there. When you get that goal it isn’t the end. If you stop what you are doing the likelihood is you are going to lose your hard work.
This is why I ALWAYS preach about it being a lifestyle change. This is why I ALWAYS preach about you doing it in a way that you enjoy.
The person I was 4+ years ago would never have believed it if I had been told that in 4 years time I would be training 5 days a week and actively watching what I put in my body. Let alone that I would love it.
It isn’t easy, but it gets easier. The more you do it there’s a bigger likelihood of it becoming a habit.

Actions speak louder than words 📢 - STOP saying and START doing 💪🏼
- forever so proud of how far I have come in my fitness journeys. I’ve been pretty ill this week and haven’t been able to train which has made me feel pretty meh, but then I look back and see how far I have come which gets my head back in check ⭐️
