Open Monday and Thursdays, 2 to 4pm. We had a mission and a vision! Isolation and loneliness are two of the hardest things that elderly people live with, day in and day out. So we wanted to encourage the most vulnerable people in our society to meet new people and end the feeling of isolation and loneliness.

With the success of the hub in Cowbridge, we wanted to bring it to another area. So at the end of 2025, we brought the Forget Me Not Hub to Radyr! 💙
Run by our Care Expert, Jay (Ceylan), she is helping build the Forget Me Not Community in Radyr and spreading the word! She would love to welcome you all if you want to come along? 😊
