You will get quarterly email news letters, shop and bar discounts !, with big group organised away day rides, fantastic weekly group rides, easy, medium xc and tech. Sat 10am, 1pm, Wed 6:30pm for the main ones and a plethora of other group rides Mon, Wed, Fri, all accessible on the Members facebook group which is a lot more than you can see here.
