Examples of help I can provide under the "Pay as you go" service include the above and the following:-

*Pick up decorations (balloons, partyware etc)
*Pick up the cake
*Deliver Party bags
*Pick up anything last minute that may have been missed
*ANY OF THE JOBS IN THE PACKAGES

(Additional charges may be made for petrol depending on distance)

Planning Package

 Find and book a venue
 Find and book a Caterer or Source food and pick up
 Find and book entertainment (DJ, Band, Entertainment)
 Source decorations including partyware and pick them up if required
 Find and book a cake company and pick up
 Source invitations (Pick up and send out if required)
 Organise games/activities
 Source and book Photographer if required
 Source any equipment needed (Catering equipment, Sound or lighting Equipment etc
 Liaise with all suppliers throughout the planning process to ensure they know all the details of the event, when to arrive and where to set up etc.
 Create a schedule of the event

Set up & Clear Down only

 Go to venue day before to workout layout for decorations, food, entertainment and any games or activities.
 Pick up decorations, any equipment being hired and food if necessary
 Set up and Clear down at venue (Decorations, Tables, Chairs, Games or Activities and food if required)
 Let any suppliers in and show them where to set up
(Additional charges may be made for petrol depending on distance)

IF YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO STAY DURING THE EVENT TO COORDINATE THIS WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF £10.50 PER HOUR
