⚽ ARENA PITCH UPDATE ⚽

We have some exciting news!

The Arena Sports Centre football pitch is being completely relaid this summer and upgraded to a brand new state-of-the-art 4G surface πŸ™ŒπŸ»

As a result, the current pitch will be closed from Sunday 21st June until September while the work takes place.

The good news is that all Pathway sessions, academies and Bognor holiday courses will continue as normal during this period. We will simply be moving across to the back field at the Arena, where Pagham FC train and play.

Please arrive as normal and follow the Regis School pathway to the back field. Our coaches will be on hand to help direct players and parents to the correct session.

With the warm weather continuing, please ensure all players bring plenty of water and use the toilets before the session as it is a short walk from the parking area. As always, we will be making sure players have regular water breaks throughout sessions and plenty of opportunities to get out of the sun when needed. β˜€οΈ

We’re really looking forward to seeing the finished pitch later this year and thank you all for your support while the work is completed.

If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch. πŸ–€πŸ€

⚫ PATHWAY MOMENT βšͺ

A shoutout to Milo, who played his part in helping our Pathway Boys Academy U9s reach the final of the One Tournament Regionals and secure their place at the National Finals πŸ–€πŸ€

Throughout the day, Milo scored some important goals, but two moments really stood out.

The first was a fantastic volley into the bottom corner from a perfectly delivered ball by teammate Regan. A technique the boys have worked hard on in training and one that Milo executed brilliantly when it mattered most πŸ‘πŸ»βš½πŸš€

The second came in a tense match with the score locked at 0-0. With Milo off, Coach Richie commented that the team needed a β€œMagic Milo Moment” and sent him onto the pitch with only a couple of minutes remaining.

Moments later, through brilliant teamwork, Milo scored the winning goal to secure a crucial 1-0 victory for the boys πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Well done Milo. Keep up the great work πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ–€πŸ€

And a huge congratulations to all our U9 team on reaching the Football Tournaments & Tours 2026 National Finals. A fantastic achievement and thoroughly deserved βš½πŸ†
