Tomorrow , we say goodbye to a dear friend of McEnaney’s. 💚

Our hearts are sore as we remember Terence, a true gentleman and a familiar face at the bar. We are also thinking of our close friends Kate, Hannah, and all of his family and friends at this incredibly difficult time. Please know that you are all in our thoughts.

Out of respect, McEnaney’s will open later tomorrow at 1:00pm to allow our team to pay their respects and attend the funeral.

There will be a pint of Harp waiting on the bar in Terence’s memory, and a place at the bar that simply can never be filled.

Rest easy, Terence. You’ll always be part of Mac’s.

Today we’re wishing the happiest of birthdays to our amazing owner & friend, A man who’s never too far away from a pint of Harp, still somehow believes Liverpool are winning the league every year, and possesses dance moves that should probably stay off the CCTV. 😂

Behind all the slegging though, Anto is one of the genuine good ones. Hospitality can be a tough old game, and it’s rare to come across an owner who cares as much about his team as he does.

He’s also an incredible dad and husband… (Lisa’s probably rolling her eyes reading that, but we’ll let him have it just for today! 😉 ) 💚

Enjoy your birthday, big lad. Don’t be rushing back… although we’ve a serious amount of Harp sitting waiting on your return next week! 🍺
