2 years ago today, after a meeting with Estate Agents who were frustrated with the current offerings from property portals, the concept of Homes NI was formed.

What started as a conversation around transparency, fairness, and giving local agents a stronger voice quickly turned into a vision for something better.

Since then, we’ve worked tirelessly to build a platform designed specifically for the Northern Ireland property market — one that puts agents, buyers, renters, and sellers first.

The journey hasn’t always been easy, but the support from agents, partners, and the wider industry has been incredible.
