Bryson Pathways Community Support
08/06/2026
Weโre recruiting for an Employment Coach to join our team at Bryson Pathways.
This role is all about supporting people who are looking to move closer to employment. That might be helping someone build their confidence, improve their CV, access training, prepare for interviews or take their first steps back into work.
Weโre looking for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and seeing others succeed. Experience in employability, community development, advice, support work or similar fields would be beneficial.
If youโre passionate about helping people maximise their potential and achieve positive outcomes, weโd love to hear from you.

๐ Bright Pathways at W5! ๐
What a fantastic morning we had taking our Bright Pathways group to W5!
From hands-on activities to lots of exploring and curiosity, it was amazing to see the children learning through play, building confidence and simply enjoying themselves ๐
Trips like this are such an important part of what we do โ giving families the chance to experience new things, spend quality time together and create lasting memories.
There were plenty of smiles, lots of laughter and we think we have a few future scientists in the making! ๐ฌโจ

This week we finished up our Grow Your Own Horticulture Programme delivered in partnership with St Paul and St Barnabas, Belfast, and itโs been a great programme to be part of.
Over the past few weeks, participants have learned how to grow their own fruit, vegetables and plants, picked up new skills, and enjoyed spending time together each week. Itโs been great to see confidence grow, conversations flow, and everyone encouraging one another along the way.
A big thank you to everyone who took part and to St Paulโs & St Barnabas Church of Ireland for hosting and supporting the programme. We hope everyone keeps growing at home and puts their new skills into practice! ๐ฟ
