Weโ€™re recruiting for an Employment Coach to join our team at Bryson Pathways.

This role is all about supporting people who are looking to move closer to employment. That might be helping someone build their confidence, improve their CV, access training, prepare for interviews or take their first steps back into work.

Weโ€™re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and seeing others succeed. Experience in employability, community development, advice, support work or similar fields would be beneficial.

If youโ€™re passionate about helping people maximise their potential and achieve positive outcomes, weโ€™d love to hear from you.

This week we finished up our Grow Your Own Horticulture Programme delivered in partnership with St Paul and St Barnabas, Belfast, and itโ€™s been a great programme to be part of.

Over the past few weeks, participants have learned how to grow their own fruit, vegetables and plants, picked up new skills, and enjoyed spending time together each week. Itโ€™s been great to see confidence grow, conversations flow, and everyone encouraging one another along the way.

A big thank you to everyone who took part and to St Paulโ€™s & St Barnabas Church of Ireland for hosting and supporting the programme. We hope everyone keeps growing at home and puts their new skills into practice! ๐ŸŒฟ
