💜Glow NI Wellbeing Wednesday Workshop 💜

Many of us spend our days rushing from one thing to the next, carrying stress in our minds and bodies without even realising it. Over time, this can leave us feeling disconnected, anxious, irritable, or simply drained.

Join us on 1st July at Conway Mill with, Brain Body Balance, for a nurturing Nervous System Regulation Workshop, where you'll learn how to understand your body's stress responses and discover practical ways to bring yourself back to a place of calm, balance, and safety.

This is a welcoming space to slow down, learn, reflect, and invest in your wellbeing.

With 4,000 women taking to the streets, we need a team of cheerleaders, motivators and friendly faces to help create an unforgettable atmosphere.
