“Isn’t ARBOR just another wellbeing method?”
It’s a fair question.
In 2018, I experienced burnout while working in a high-pressure role in the security industry. I was managing 5-6 departments, on call 24/7, constantly firefighting and believing that pushing harder was the answer.
Until my mind and body told me otherwise.
My recovery wasn’t a quick fix. It began with becoming aware of my thoughts, feelings, and the patterns that had kept me stuck.
Through studying mindset work, Louise Hay’s teachings, reflexology, Swedish body massage, Reiki, and holistic wellbeing practices, I started to understand the connection between my thoughts, emotions, and physical health.
