Sometimes the best days are the unplanned ones.

A last-minute change meant I found myself out on-site today with one of our teams — and it was a brilliant reminder of what really sits behind every move we deliver.

I’ll admit… There was a small part of me wondering… did they think I was still up to the job?!

But as expected — everything exactly as it should be:
