This client started seeing my almost a year ago, for our very first appointment she wanted to start going back to the blonde she used to be pre-lockdown, in time for her wedding this April! Working with virgin hair made this a pretty easy task, and within 2 appointments we were as blonde as we wanted to be, so we were just maintaining this with 10-12 week colour appointments. However on her most recent visit, after finally trying on her dress, she realised that the super blonde life just wasn’t her anymore. So we switched it up to a balayage, to try before the wedding appointment (just incase it was a weird impulse and not her true feelings😂). We were both absolutely in love with the way this turned out, and we are both in agreement that it was definitely the right decision to make. It’s okay to change your mind! Don’t be frightened to speak up! Don’t feel bad for changing your mind halfway through your hair journey! We all change our minds! My job is to cater to you and your hair in whatever way you feel best (in most cases😉 I will only say no if I think your hair cannot take it!)
