Spinnings hard right?! If it’s done properly it’s progressive and should gradually build you up not kill you. So at SportingFit we ride like we’re on the road and you learn to be a better rider first and then you get more out of the workout. So you keep coming back and you get to the level of fitness you want without dying before you get there.
