Yesterday I received a slightly belated card and letter, but when it was coming from Chicago, it’s somewhat expected.

Back in the spring of 2024 I had the pleasure of guiding Ryan at the and we’ve managed to keep in touch ever since.

Ryan’s running has clearly continued to improve which has resulted in him being selected as a USA Paralympic Athlete. I’d love to see him compete, or even guide him in LA 😂

Despite the thunder storms and torrential rain, a great evening was had by all that attended the workshop and hill session with Serpent Trail Social Running and

It was a pleasure to meet you all and pass on some tips.

I wanted to take some videos but it was too wet to use the camera!

A slightly belated post but big congratulations to and Katie Warrington on completing the 75k on Saturday.

I’ve only been working with them for a few months, but we’ve already seen improvements and I definitely know there’s way more to come.
