National coverage has highlighted the risks of the Brazilian Butt Lift Procedure (BBL). Tragically, a patient has lost her life, and the full facts will emerge in time. In the meantime, if any practitioner is in any doubt given the fact that two of those involved are being investigated regarding manslaughter, this can only serve to remind those involved in this industry about the importance of informed consent.

A client was recently sued via a money claim online. Typically, Solicitors would be involved. We were able to carry out this low-level work and ultimately the case was dismissed because the patient backed down.

1. If you think you are right, do not simply pay just because legal proceedings are issued.
2. You can be supported in low level work of this type without paying Solicitors fees.
