There comes a point where you realise that constantly putting everyone else first comes at a cost.

I am so done with people-pleasing.

I no longer need to shrink myself to make others comfortable, or carry responsibilities that were never mine to hold.

I am allowed to say no without guilt. I am allowed to rest without explanation. I am allowed to honour my own needs.

I am worthy of love, kindness, respect, and all the good things life has to offer—not because I've earned them by putting myself last, but simply because I exist.

From this moment forward, I choose self-respect over seeking approval.

I choose boundaries.

I choose peace.

And today, I choose me.
