Nigel Sutton's "Tai Chi Chuan: Roots and Branches" has suggestions of applications of most moves within the Tai Chi form that it's interesting to map to a Bujinkan application. What can we learn from Tai Chi (or indeed any other Martial Art?)

Lovely afternoon sitting watching a grading session at Bujinkan Newbury Dojo. Great to catch up with old friends at the dojo, and meet some new from Bujinkan Reading

More koto ryu planned for today's session. *Almost* through the shoden gata. Kakkô and Ura Nami today, leaving Ten Chi and Kata Maki for next week.

And then to start over because I at last will have forgotten everything!
