I think I’ve said this to her a million times, but, THAT WAIST 🤩😮

Kiera has absolutely blown me away with her results. She’s taken back control of her nutrition, eating a protein dense diet and still has the flexibility to enjoy a birthday Wagamama’s 🤗

She’s also been consistent with her training, showing up even when she didn’t want to. Building strong compound movements and sculpting an incredible figure with her commitment to the sessions. I’ve seen so much personal growth from Kiera and I’m so proud of what she’s achieved. She’s an asset to Radical Coaching and the Strong Girls Club and I couldn’t be happier for her success ✨💕
