But this isn’t just about weight.
Hollie hasn’t changed her life overnight.

“When my journey with Jordan and Ray started at the beginning of 2025, I had no idea what it would bring.
From the first conversation, I felt like I was speaking to people who had trust and confidence in me… when I didn’t have much in myself.
When I first started, I hid in baggy clothes.
My confidence was low and I had a lot of self-doubt.
Even running felt hard — I couldn’t run 2km without stopping.
But slowly things started to change.
Within the first month I started seeing progress, and over time that progress turned into belief.
Now, 14 months later, I’m not looking in the mirror at a new person — I’m looking at someone who was there all along, but I didn’t know how to bring her forward.
I’m running without stopping, I’ve entered the London Landmarks Half Marathon, and I’m wearing clothes I never thought I’d feel confident enough to wear.
With their guidance, trust and support I’ve transformed not just physically, but emotionally and mentally as well.
