Existing carpet, underlay and Skirting boards and Wall lights removed.
Lighting circuits rewired for the inclusion of 4 downlights installed in the smaller area and 16 downlights installed in the cinema area, these were divided into 2 zones via a double dimmer switch.
70 Metres of 11mm grey laminate flooring installed over thermal underlay, sweeping through all the areas without door bars.
Skirting boards refurbished and reinstalled.
Total redecoration of the ceilings, walls and woodwork using Dulux mist white for the majority of the walls and dulux berry smoothie for the feature areas.
All the woodwork undercoated and finished in white eggshell.
Gerbera Daisy vinyl wall art installed on one wall in the smaller area.
New sockets and switches to be installed. Along with radiator covers.
