Logic Recruit ltd are currently hiring Data Entry Clerk's to join our client based in Ashford, Kent.

Role;

Data entry clerk- Being responsible for inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into a database, ensuring that all necessary data is being entered and maintained. As a data entry clerk you will also be required to perform other general office tasks like scanning documents and answering phones.

Responsibilities;

Receive and process invoices for payments and update invoice details accordingly
Accurately enter data into fields using software programs
Identify and correct data entry errors
Perform office tasks such as ordering office equipment and supplies as well as filing documentation.
Prepare reports as needed
Provide basic data entry support

Qualifications you need for the role;

1 year of data entry experience or similar office experience
Knowledge Microsoft Office and Excel
Strong computer skills
Ability to enter data into a computer accurately
Comfortable with office equipment (Computer & Telephone)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to think analytically
Please be aware this is a warehouse environment position around the logistics and transport sector.
