Itās not knowledge or willpower that impacts your consistency ā itās your mindset.
And this is exactly what my new website reflects. So grateful to Josh for my website rebuild š¤©
It not only looks better, but it truly reflects the way I support the women I work with.
Because the real struggle isnāt always food or exerciseā¦
Itās consistency.
Itās guilt and shame.
Itās feeling like youāre constantly starting over.
And underneath that, it often comes down to:
How you think about setbacks ( āIāve failedā )
How you speak to yourself ( āI should be betterā )
What you believe is possible for you
Whether you act from guilt and shame
This is the part most plans never address.
You can have:
The right workouts
The right nutrition
But knowing what to do isnāt the issue.
Itās starting again every Monday.
Feeling frustrated.
Blaming yourself.
Being stuck in startāstop cycles and ending up back at square one.
At the heart of how I coach is helping women understand and shift these patterns ā not just give them more information.
I provide
šø A mindābody approach
šø Behaviour change over quick fixes
š«¶ Self-compassion instead of guilt or shame
šø A way to feel consistent ā without the āall or nothingā cycle
If youāve ever felt like:
āI know what I should be doing⦠but Iām not doing itā
This is for you.
Iād love you to take a look at my new website (link in bio) and let me know what you think š
And if youāre ready to stop starting over, you can find all the details about working with me there too.
This isnāt another quick fix.
This is about understanding yourself ā and getting unstuck, for good.

After some time off over the Festive period including a lovely break in Devon/Dorset I was ready and looking forward to getting back into my routine. And I know Iām back in my routine with my workouts and eating ā but focus? Thatās been slower to return.
Lifeās full right now: a 10th birthday party to plan, a trip to Oz coming up, and a brain thatās still adjusting to needing to be on devices for work after a pause. Which is why I took a little break from posting last week.
If thatās you too, itās okay.
Many of us may have fallen out of our usual routines or healthy habits over the past few weeks.
This isnāt a failure.
It isnāt an undoing.
Itās simply part of being human.
Life ebbs and flows. Routines pause. Priorities shift. None of that erases the work weāve already done or the progress our body remembers.
At any point ā today, tomorrow, next week ā we can turn things around and without pressure or punishment, take small, compassionate steps forward.
Thereās no rush. No ānew year, new youā required.
Just a steady return to what supports us.
Letās keep blocking out the New Year resolution noise and take our busy days one step at a time.
Weāve got this š§”
Who else had a break over the festive periodā¦
felt ready to get back into routineā¦
but is still finding parts of it hard?
Iām taking some time away from social media until the New Year to be fully present with family and friends, to rest, reconnect, and recharge and make time to move & dance š
Me dancing here sums up how Iām heading into the festive season: choosing presence over pressure.
Movement isnāt just for weight loss! ā itās joyful, freeing, nourishing for the mind and enables us to be present and sometimes connect with ourselves and others.
So whether itās a walk on a beach or a dance in my living room. I choose to move, laugh, and be present to fully embrace the season.
This time of year despite all the running around getting everything done makes me reflect on all that I have to be grateful for.
Thank you for being here, for supporting me, and for engaging with what I share ā it truly means so much.
Wishing you all a peaceful, joyful, restful or active festive season šā whatever brings joy to you. š§”
