Ingredients
3 egg whites
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning of choice (garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, mixed herbs, etc.)
Method

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the Parmesan cheese.
Spoon small clouds onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly.
Sprinkle with your favourite seasoning.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
