It was great to see so many in this morning, some 1 to 1s, some hyrox training, some getting a workout done. Whatever you were in for, you are doing awesome… you have got this 💪🏻🤩
That is us closed now until next Saturday 18th, open 9am -1pm. Looks like it is going to be a hot week, so enjoy the sunshine ☀️. Rest, relax, make memories…. Remember your sun cream and stay hydrated💦
