Are you new to triathlon or open water events? Nervous about race day. Come along to my Get Tri Ready Course. Over 4 sessions we look at stroke efficiency, breathing, sighting, drafting, pack swimming, buoy turns and much more. Creating race scenarios to get you prepared and confident for your event.

Big shout out to for inviting me to the Roe Valley Sprint Tri yesterday!
Fantastic turnout with 150 competitors taking part. The club did a great job in running a well organised event. The weather even managed to stay kind too ☀️
Thanks to everyone who stopped by the stand, and well done to everyone who raced. Great to be involved with the spot prizes as well.
A big thank you to all my customers on the day who picked up goggles, and Zone3 wetsuits.

My first Wetsuit Demo session of the season with at the Aurora Aquatic Complex Bangor.
Working with new and existing club members to ensure correct fitting, everyone then got the opportunity for a wetsuit swim.
