I always asked myself “why am I here?” and “what am I really supposed to be doing with my life?”.
These questions were like a burning fire in my heart… especially when I felt dissatisfied with my life.
Then came this practice.
Just think these short sentences for 20 minutes, three times a day!
Really? Just that?
I can do that!

This connection was never lost. We just looked the other way. We have always been connected to the greater force, as that is who we are.
