Keto Chicken Marsala
Serves 4

4 Chicken Breast Whole
200g Mushrooms of your choice
2tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Butter
2 shallots
150 ml Marsala dessert wine
200ml chicken stock
200ml cream
Fresh basil

Fry chicken breasts in olive oil until cooked and set to the side.
Add remaining olive oil and butter to the pan, and the sliced shallots. Fry for a couple of mins before adding the sliced mushrooms cook for 5 mins. Add marsala wine bring to simmer for few mins, add chicken stock and simmer until reduced by half. Add heavy cream and chopped fresh basil. Serve with your fave veggies.
