You have covered a long mile and there's a lot more to go. You may pass this, punishing yourself for something that is simply a figment of your own imagination, a conception that you missed about yourself. Or you may learn to accept yourself just as you are and embrace being you.
The experiences that you carry are your personal treasure for they make you a better person everyday. Everything starts from you and ends on you. Nothing and no one comes in between. So, stop lying to yourself and instead embrace who you are.
And if you know which ingredients does your recipe miss, just add them to your dish just as you like it. You'll surely get that chicken soup for your soul someday. But, for that you need to taste and accept that the dish is not ready just yet!
