Yoga Vinyasa avec Milane

Vendredi matin, Vinyasa avec Milane a transformé le Studio Rituel en un espace de flow et d’énergie partagée, où chacune a pu se reconnecter à son corps et à sa respiration.

Les participantes ont apporté leur énergie et leur présence, et après une heure de mouvements fluides et guidés par la respiration, tout le monde est reparti plus ancrée, détendue et centrée.

Les cours avec Milane ont lieu chaque mercredi et vendredi matin, pour celles qui veulent se reconnecter a leur corps et au souffle.
