How can leaders turn experience into impactful research? 👋 Welcoming the 7th cohort of ESCP’s Global Executive PhD!

We are delighted to welcome 23 senior professionals from Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa as they begin their Global Executive PhD journey.

Gathering at ESCP in Paris for their five-day Induction Week, this international cohort brings together diverse professional backgrounds and research interests, reflecting the programme's commitment to connecting academic rigour with real-world business challenges.

Their research interests span a wide range of subjects, from the impact of AI on corporate forecasting and clean electricity procurement to technology diplomacy, philanthropic advisory and strategic capital allocation.

• Research Methods: Theory and Practice
• Art Thinking and Research Creativity
• Theory Building in Management Science
• Group discussions, networking and peer exchange

Kicking off our Ask Me Anything series, Francesco Rattalino, Professor and Senior Executive Vice-President for Academic Affairs at ESCP, shares his perspective on the future of business education, the role of AI in learning, and the experiences that shape students beyond the classroom.

Drawing on his international experience in business and academia, he explores several questions at the heart of higher education today 👇
