This feels like a Ron Swanson dinner (apart from the Béarnaise) everything here was cooked on the Kamado Joe, including the eggs fried on the (surprisingly non stick) Cast Iron Half-Moon Grill - completely delicious and the obvious option for the last night of the May break.
Revision session today- got to provide sustenance for the heavy intellectual work that is the GCSE music listening exam.

🥩 🍟 🍅 🔥 Questionable decisions I’ve made today: make chips (or fries as Americans will want them naming). If anything it’s too hot for that. That said, I do win it back with the Kamado Joe Grilled Ribeyes which were tremendous.

Tomatoes, Chicory and Chicken- because it’s sometimes time to fire up your Kamado Joe- and get bold with the herbs and garlic, and have the ideal dinner for a warm day. Hope we can hang on to this weather ☀️

🔥 Can we have barbecue season properly yet? Cooked this Cajun Chicken, Corn and Pepper 🍗 🌽 🫑 on the Kamado Joe between showers, and had them with a Caesar salad (with added avocado 🥑)
