Workshop : collective Intelligence
“The whole is greater than the sum of its parts”
The concept of collective intelligence states that when people work together, they form a type of intelligence that simply cannot exist on the individual level.
Collective intelligence has to do with making decisions together, forming a consensus, crowdsourcing different ideas and questions, and motivating people via healthy levels of competition.
Collective intelligence is based on trust and collaboration from the whole team.

In the workshop you will experience these dynamics:
Process of the session: 60 minutes workshop.
Be prepared to actively participate in break out rooms & have a pen and paper ready.
1- You will be given a simple situation to solve, individually and per team, in a specific time lapse.
2- The original answers will be given to you after the first step.
3- Debrief per team will be allocated to look at the collective dynamics in the decision-making proces
