10 Years Already! In 2014, we completed the construction of the 40 housing units in the 17th arrondissement.
Inspired by Haussmannian architecture, this project represents a unique form of reversible architecture. It effortlessly transforms from housing to offices and back again. The prefabricated facade modules serve as structure, technical spaces, and climatic envelope, showcasing innovation in every detail. Pics

This photograph captures Jacques Lucan in a moment of joy during a party on our terrace in July 2019. His warm smile and inquisitive, sparkling eyes were his signature. For us, Jacques was both a mentor and a rare architect who skillfully blended practice and theory. His work "Composition, Non-Composition" will remain among the most significant French publications of recent decades.
He was also a valuable advisor, a unique interlocutor with whom we could explore the fundamental questions that underlie our profession. Beyond his expertise, Jacques was our friend, infusing our shared moments with a touch of irony and warmth that made them truly special.
On the eighth of October, Jacques Lucan left us. It is a sad day for the world of architecture. —————————
Cette photographie saisit l'instant où Jacques Lucan rayonnait de joie lors d'une réception sur la terrasse de notre agence en juillet 2019. Son sourire chaleureux et son regard vif et curieux étaient sa marque de fabrique. Pour nous, Jacques était à la fois un mentor et un architecte rare qui savait marier avec brio la pratique et la théorie. Son ouvrage "Composition, Non – Composition" demeurera parmi les ouvrages français les plus marquants de ces dernières décennies. Il était également un conseiller précieux, un interlocuteur unique pour discuter des questions fondamentales qui sous-tendent notre métier. Au-delà de son expertise, Jacques était notre ami, apportant à nos moments partagés une touche d'ironie et de sympathie qui les rendait uniques.
Le huit octobre dernier, Jacques Lucan nous a quittés. C'est une triste journée pour le monde de l'architecture. .lucan
