KINTO with .rituals

Renée Kemps () is a photographer and creative director working between London and Tokyo. With her brand MAIASA, she curates objects, spaces, and rituals inspired by Japan – bringing moments of calm and connection into daily life.

The Quiet Ritual was created as a two-month installation and series of events dedicated to rest and daily rituals. The space merged Japanese and modern design influences, centred on the importance of sleep and the simplicity of daily practices. It became a place for people to come together and pause in London.

KINTO was present throughout the retreat, with our objects complementing the meditative atmosphere.

As the holidays settle in, we wish you warm moments gathered around the table — time to slow down, share simple meals, and enjoy being together. May the days ahead be calm, with a gentle close to the year.

A highlight from 2025: our limited-edition holiday bundle with , bringing the scent of a Finnish pine forest into the home. The collaboration paired KINTO’s AROMA OIL WARMER with Hetkinen’s organic pine oil, creating a considered seasonal offering for the winter moments.
