� � � PACKERS are travelers who wish to get involved in local projects during their trip using their skills in exchange for hosting.

� � � CREWS are local projects' teams (startups or charities) whose primary mission is to solve a societal issue and who need key skills to develop their activity. Our mission is to give everybody an opportunity to do a mission that make sense for them during a trip. This mission makes sense because Packers can see their personal impact but also participate in the collective mission of the Crew which is dedicated to solve a societal problem.
