HotelAppz is very proud to announce our new client: Parfires Hôtels Group.
Based in Paris, Parfires Hôtels Group owns and operates 18 properties across France. We're going to start with the Mercure Chantilly, a beautiful 4 star resort & conventions hotel, located in the heart of the Chantilly region, right next door to Paris.
The Mercure Chantilly has many activities, including golf, spa, restaurant & MICE; that caters to all types of guests (family, leisure, business, etc.) that also includes walkin guests. But the challenge is how can they capture all this data from so many sources, store it in one place, and then use it for personalized communication?
That's why Parfires chose HotelAppz. We're very excited about working together and developing a strong partnership!
