Competition 2022 :
The rehabilitation of the Château de Valenton: a project designed to link the past and the future, to accommodate all of the technological revolutions that will punctuate this century, inside a building of strong historical value to support the evolution of lifestyles and new ways of working and to confront climate change.

Our ambition is to open the Château de Valenton to the public and offer a programmatic mix with positive economic and social benefits for the neighborhood.
By taking advantage of the architectural characteristics of the place and considering a partial or total rehabilitation of the building, we propose to animate the castle with a program focused on the arts, audiovisual and creation:
• a space dedicated to culinary innovation which offering a professional kitchen and a shared bistro space
• a space for creating value and artistic, cultural and technical content
• a space for the development of economic activities: coworking, fablab, different types of training, seminars, conferences
