Nello says “I arrived in France at the age of 5, and I lived in Paris for 10 years. Since my first day on earth I have always been immersed in the artistic and musical world I became autodidactic. My first contact with electronic music was in 92 wit the Detroit electro techno scene and since I never left this world”

For me says Julien I was trained in the field and took 10 years to master the management of a recording studio. In 2003 a producer contacted me to sign a first vinyl and digital EP». Under the name of Labo 14, Julien and Nello give birth to «Trollybus, circus 03» a four tracks of hardtek/ hardfloor. In 2003, the first album Saturne was released in the big distribution followed by Neuro Vibration Bloc accord and Armageddon. Very quickly Julien took the status of intermittent and it will be the beginning of a long collaboration with Nello Fraboni. Labo 14 also had the chance to perfom across Europe: Italy, Germany, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Russia…
In Festivals such as: Electromind, X Massacre, etc. I am a composer, performer and producer. Nello is a producer, manager and graphic designer. Over time, our musical style has evolved from techno to electro, and our duo Labo 14 founded Opulsif productions in 2009.”
Sometimes, Opulsif composes and writes custom instrumentals, and collaborates with bands like in 2010 with Da Krew, for an EP 4 tracks. In 2011, to mark 10 years of touring in France and abroad, Opulsif organized a festival in Bragayrac in the Haute-Garonne, with 2,000 people. In the same year, the two friends launched the Sun Maya, which could bring together between 4 and 5,000 outdoor festival-goers. At the same time the Moon Maya Festival which will bring together up to 2,000 people at the Inox club in Toulouse with Progressive Psytrance and Trance Goa. Now Nello has left France to settle in the USA,
