Take Part Project

On Saturday, April 12th, the historic Atrium of Palazzo dei Sette in Orvieto, Italy, became a vibrant meeting place for voices, visions, and creative resistance. ✊🎭

The gathering brought together students, educators, and community members to reflect on gender equality and the power of art as a tool for social change.

One of the event’s highlights was the launch of the zine “Diritto di essere” (“The Right to Be”) — a deeply collaborative creation by students from Orvieto’s Art High School. The zine is a bold and honest reflection on gender-based violence and identity, brought to life through images, drawings, and shared experiences. 📖✨

This gathering reminded us that artivism is not just about expression — it's about connection, courage, and change.

Yesterday, we presented the Take pART! project and Artivist Toolkit at as part of the Museum Night programme!

Together with Narva mediaLAB, we shared creative methods that bring together art and activism to inspire young people to speak up about social and political issues. From guerrilla-style exhibitions and podcasting to mural painting and zine-making — the toolkit is packed with ideas for anyone who wants to create meaningful change through art.

Вчера в Нарвской арт-резиденции прошла презентация проекта Take pART! и пособия для артивистов — в рамках программы Ночи музеев!

Вместе с мы рассказали о творческих практиках на стыке искусства и активизма, которые помогают молодёжи высказываться на важные социальные и политические темы. В пособии собраны идеи для партизанских выставок, подкастов, уличных муралов, зинов и многого другого — всё, что может вдохновить на перемены.
