This cycle, we partnered with Multiverz, an AI-driven strategy and innovation enterprise, to support the development of a next-generation innovation city framework in Uganda. 🌍

Through in-depth global benchmarking, AI-enabled research, and structured strategic analysis, our team helped transform complex ecosystem challenges into clear, actionable pathways for long-term innovation and growth.

Yesterday, we brought the whole chapter together for our All-Hands Meetup, executives and consultants, across campuses and time zones. We looked back at the cycle, celebrated the work and looked ahead to what’s coming next.

75 members. 8 live client projects. 12 UN SDGs touched. The numbers tell part of the story, the energy in the (virtual) room told the rest.
