✨ New Year, Same Goals (kinda 😅)

Stepping into 2025 with a refreshed mindset and… let’s be honest, the same 2024 resolutions I still need to conquer:

🌙 Sleep better: In bed by 11 PM and getting at least 8 glorious hours of beauty sleep
🥗 Eat healthier: Less meat, less fat, less processed food - more nourishing meals
💪 Move daily: Even if it’s just a 10-minute stretch or my physiotherapy session - Progress > Perfection
📚 Skill-up: Photography, videography, AI, and leveling up my Chinese Mandarin!
🙏 Be more grateful: Celebrating what I already have instead of dissatisfaction and looking for happiness elsewhere

It’s all about taking once small step at a time because big changes don’t happen overnight. Luckily, every day is a chance to become the best version of yourself, not just January 1st! 💫
