Sostrene Grene’s legal team finally replied to me… and guess what? They claim their design isn’t a copy, just part of the current tomato trend. 🤡

Sure, tomatoes are everywhere right now, and I’ve put together a carousel to prove it. You’ll see different brands doing their own take on tomato plates. But when you swipe to the last slide… well, let’s just say some “inspirations” are a lot heavier than others. 👀

In the case of Sostrene Grene, the resemblance is just too much. And when a massive brand with a huge marketing budget releases a cheaper, mass-produced version of a small artisan’s best-seller… who do you think loses out?
